Chelsea is a Developer with experience working in agency and marketing environments, supporting digital projects for well-known Alaskan brands. She focuses on the day-to-day development work that keeps Alopex’s portfolio of WordPress sites running smoothly, from updates and fixes to ongoing site maintenance.



Originally from San Francisco, Chelsea relocated to Alaska nine years ago and quickly made it home. She brings a steady, adaptable approach to development work—comfortable juggling multiple tasks and navigating the inevitable chaos that comes with agency life.



Outside of work, Chelsea teaches yoga, raises two daughters, and manages what can only be described as a small wildlife reserve, complete with chickens, dogs, a cat, and a rabbit named Cuddleroo. Calm under pressure and focused when it counts, she adds a grounded, get-it-done energy to the Alopex team.

Chelsea Donovan

Kyle Fox is an award-winning UX designer, AI strategist, and SEO authority recognized as one of Alaska’s 40 Under 40. As Director at Alopex Interaction Design, Kyle has helped shape some of Alaska’s most recognizable digital experiences through a blend of user-centered design, advanced search strategy, and emerging AI integration.



Known for combining sophisticated design thinking with measurable business outcomes, Kyle specializes in UX design, conversion-focused websites, and search visibility strategies that help organizations grow online. His work spans industries including tourism, healthcare, construction, nonprofit, government, and professional services, making him one of Alaska’s most established and respected web design professionals.



With an international educational background spanning Germany, Australia, the US, Canada, and Thailand Kyle brings a broad global perspective to digital strategy and human-centered design. He holds a degree in Interaction Design with a minor in Publishing from Simon Fraser University.



In addition to leading digital strategy and creative direction at Alopex, Kyle frequently serves on boards and advisory groups, contributing expertise in technology, branding, marketing, and organizational growth. He is particularly passionate about the evolving intersection of AI, SEO, and user experience, helping businesses adapt to the future of search and digital engagement.

Kyle Fox

Steven is a Developer born and raised in Palmer, Alaska, with a short stint in Portland where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Web Design &amp; Interactive Media from the Art Institute of Portland. In the span of Steven’s young career, he has already developed and maintained websites for many prestigious Higher Education institutions such as Phoenix College, the Maricopa Colleges and has contributed his talents to companies such as Scholastic, Exxon Mobil, and Alaska’s own KTVA.



Steven primarily focuses on Drupal &amp; WordPress development. When he isn’t working on client work, he is constantly trying to improve his workflow &amp; skills while contributing to his open-source projects or others. If you happen to catch Steven away from his computer he is more than likely enjoying a fine cold beverage or riding dirt bikes in the Alaskan summer sun.

Steven Loyer

Brad Fleming is an award-winning Creative Director with more than 30 years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, video, and brand development. His work spans household names and category leaders, including Kohler, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Northern Air Cargo, Leinenkugel’s, and Johnsonville, along with high-impact regional and institutional brands.



Brad’s strength lies in crafting ideas that resonate and perform, backed by a deep understanding of strategic goals and audience behavior. He excels at aligning creative vision with business objectives, telling brand stories that cut through noise without losing their soul.



A Chicago-loving Indiana native, Brad is as comfortable plotting a brand’s next big leap as he is plotting a route north — once driving his RV all the way to Deadhorse, Alaska. When he isn’t fueling up with his daily coffees or serving as chief dog walker to his Euro hound LuKas, he’s a proud grandfather and a three-chord guitar player.

Brad Fleming

Dave Noland is a performance ad designer with over 20 years of experience creating conversion-focused digital advertising for national brands including Aldi, Hulu, T-Mobile, and Nike.



A digital marketing specialist by trade, Dave joins Alopex as the studio continues its shift toward more data-informed creative. His approach blends strong conceptual thinking with practical execution, ensuring ideas translate cleanly into real-world performance.



At Alopex, Dave focuses on what he does best: building thoughtful, effective digital advertising and social creative. Originally from Wichita Falls with a Seattle influence, he brings a steady, grounded perspective to every project. Outside of work, he can usually be found with his Lab mix, Lizzy, or working through a guitar riff that may or may not land.

Dave Noland

Bryar helps us create order from chaos, marrying functionality with aesthetics. Her passion for design thinking elevates and refines every project she touches. Outside of work, Bryar continues to surround herself with aesthetics, delving into fashion, makeup, interior design, and hoarding comics. Bryar holds a degree in Emerging Media &amp; Communication, and certifications in UX and UI design.

Bryar Bennett

Zane handles almost every creative piece that comes through our firm. A gifted illustrator, his ability to fold in the intentions of our client into a visual form is second-to-none. Zane&#8217;s creativity isn&#8217;t two-dimensional, he is also a talented carpenter, making furniture and art pieces. Zane lives in Anchorage, with his wife and daughter.

Zane Ogle

Rory holds a bachelor of science from Franklin University, majoring in business administration, management &amp; leadership. Before working for Alopex, he worked for the Department of Labor at the State of Alaska. Rory&#8217;s favorite video game of all time is Elden Ring. He has summited Pioneer Peak with his wife, Mandy — making him, objectively, the fittest person who works at Alopex.

Rory Hamel

Dina began her career as a U.S. Naval Aviation Electronics Technician, stationed in Hawaii and Japan, where she specialized in mastering the complex electronic systems of magnetic anomaly detection. Her expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality control analysis was further honed while working on the North Slope of Alaska, where she thrived in high-stakes environments requiring sharp decision-making and technical precision. In 2021, Dina transitioned into Software Engineering, applying her analytical mindset and technical skills to developing innovative solutions in the digital world. Now living in Palmer, she embraces the Alaskan outdoors, and has even endured the scramble to the summit of Matanuska Peak.

Dina Fine

Steven handles the technical, and at times, tedious tasks involved in ensuring Alopex websites are consistently performing well in search engines. Steven&#8217;s role is comprised of constant tweaking site content and the technical aspects that keep Google and Bing happy. Steven was born in Wrangell, Alaska, and is an avid gamer in his spare time.

Tim is a tech and design-loving developer born and raised in Alaska. He has been freelancing for the past decade bringing managed and ground-up solutions to clients all over the world. When he isn&#8217;t absorbed in a development project you can probably find him working with stained glass to create intricate mosaics, gaming or enjoying the great outdoors.

Briony’s path to Alopex has been paved in skill development and strong local connections, nurtured through her work at Alaska State Fair, Inc., and her ownership and operation of MAKE A SCENE Magazine from 2005 to 2012. As the Lead Art Director for Alopex, she holds exceptional insight that enables her to deliver precisely what is requested in developing design solutions. Her print designs are a testament to her talent, and her invaluable input contributes to the success of every project undertaken by the design team at Alopex.

Briony Fryfogle

We had to hire Joey because we sucked at social media. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from University of Arizona. Since graduating in 2023, she&#8217;s been working as a freelance content creator. She&#8217;s a lifelong Alaskan and a hell of a barista.

Jon Tull is a technology entrepreneur and AI strategist who has spent more than two decades building and scaling software companies. Through his company, Human Axis, Jon helps organizations identify where automation and artificial intelligence can unlock meaningful efficiencies, reduce costs, and create new opportunities for growth.



Jon brings deep experience in digital transformation, having founded multiple technology ventures and previously leading a division of a public software company with a team of more than 160 people. His work focuses on practical, ROI-driven automation—helping businesses move from curiosity about AI to real operational impact.



As a strategic partner to Alopex, Jon collaborates closely on enterprise automation and AI integration initiatives across Alaska and beyond, helping organizations thoughtfully adopt emerging technologies while keeping people and outcomes at the center.
