RJ is the founder of Attu AI, an Anchorage-based automation firm that partners with Alopex to bring AI workflows and automation systems to our clients. Through Attu AI and Anchorage Web Design, he has built ROI-focused systems for more than 20 businesses. As a solutions developer at United Freight and Transport, he built AI-powered tools that parsed trailer requests and automated email workflows, eliminating the equivalent of a full-time employee’s manual workload. For one client, he cut a 20-hour weekly workflow down to a single hour.



What sets RJ apart is how he thinks. An Arthur M. Blank SEL Scholar at Babson College and a National Merit Finalist, he pairs an entrepreneur’s focus on return with a builder’s instinct for practical, reliable automation that helps clients move faster and spend their time where it matters most.

Kyle Fox is an award-winning UX designer, AI strategist, and SEO authority recognized as one of Alaska’s 40 Under 40. As Director at Alopex Interaction Design, Kyle has helped shape some of Alaska’s most recognizable digital experiences through a blend of user-centered design, advanced search strategy, and emerging AI integration.



Known for combining sophisticated design thinking with measurable business outcomes, Kyle specializes in UX design, conversion-focused websites, and search visibility strategies that help organizations grow online. His work spans industries including tourism, healthcare, construction, nonprofit, government, and professional services, making him one of Alaska’s most established and respected web design professionals.



With an international educational background spanning Germany, Australia, the US, Canada, and Thailand Kyle brings a broad global perspective to digital strategy and human-centered design. He holds a degree in Interaction Design with a minor in Publishing from Simon Fraser University.



In addition to leading digital strategy and creative direction at Alopex, Kyle frequently serves on boards and advisory groups, contributing expertise in technology, branding, marketing, and organizational growth. He is particularly passionate about the evolving intersection of AI, SEO, and user experience, helping businesses adapt to the future of search and digital engagement.

Kyle Fox

Steven is a Developer born and raised in Palmer, Alaska, with a short stint in Portland where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Web Design &amp; Interactive Media from the Art Institute of Portland. In the span of Steven’s young career, he has already developed and maintained websites for many prestigious Higher Education institutions such as Phoenix College, the Maricopa Colleges and has contributed his talents to companies such as Scholastic, Exxon Mobil, and Alaska’s own KTVA.



Steven primarily focuses on Drupal &amp; WordPress development. When he isn’t working on client work, he is constantly trying to improve his workflow &amp; skills while contributing to his open-source projects or others. If you happen to catch Steven away from his computer he is more than likely enjoying a fine cold beverage or riding dirt bikes in the Alaskan summer sun.

Steven Loyer

Rory holds a bachelor of science from Franklin University, majoring in business administration, management &amp; leadership. Before working for Alopex, he worked for the Department of Labor at the State of Alaska. Rory&#8217;s favorite video game of all time is Elden Ring. He has summited Pioneer Peak with his wife, Mandy — making him, objectively, the fittest person who works at Alopex.

Brad Fleming is an award-winning Creative Director with more than 30 years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, video, and brand development. His work spans household names and category leaders, including Kohler, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Northern Air Cargo, Leinenkugel’s, and Johnsonville, along with high-impact regional and institutional brands.



Brad’s strength lies in crafting ideas that resonate and perform, backed by a deep understanding of strategic goals and audience behavior. He excels at aligning creative vision with business objectives, telling brand stories that cut through noise without losing their soul.



A Chicago-loving Indiana native, Brad is as comfortable plotting a brand’s next big leap as he is plotting a route north — once driving his RV all the way to Deadhorse, Alaska. When he isn’t fueling up with his daily coffees or serving as chief dog walker to his Euro hound LuKas, he’s a proud grandfather and a three-chord guitar player.

Brad Fleming

Steven Chafin is the architect behind the numbers. As our Data Strategist, his focus is entirely on data — specifically, how to connect, measure, and leverage it to give clients a crystal-clear view of their marketing performance.



Before shifting his focus exclusively to data and analytics, Steven spent over five years building incredibly successful Alopex campaigns. He has a proven track record of architecting strategies that consistently achieve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) well above local and industry standards. Today, he uses that deep understanding of campaign mechanics to engineer better tracking. He specializes in complex API integrations and developing top-tier reporting systems so clients always know exactly what is driving their growth.



Certified in nearly every relevant data and measurement tool in the industry, Steven takes the guesswork out of digital marketing. He doesn&#8217;t just collect data; he organizes it into actionable insights that power real business results.



Born and raised in the island community of Wrangell, Alaska, Steven brings a trademark Southeast Alaskan resourcefulness to his work. When he’s stepping away from the dashboards, he’s out enjoying the rugged Alaskan lifestyle that shaped him.

Steven Chafin

Dina’s goal is simple: to define and execute holistic marketing solutions that yield real results for her clients.



Before stepping into performance-based digital marketing, she spent her early career as a U.S. Naval Aviation Electronics Technician, tracking magnetic anomalies in Hawaii and Japan. She later brought that same talent for troubleshooting to the demanding environments of Alaska’s North Slope. In 2021, Dina transitioned into software engineering, a move that perfectly positioned her for her current role. Today, she blends her analytical background with a deep expertise in Alopex, actively leveraging the platform to ensure her clients&#8217; marketing infrastructures are set up for lasting success.



What truly sets Dina apart, though, is how she works. She is wildly proactive—often solving problems before clients even realize they exist—and is widely known as one of the kindest, most supportive people you will ever meet.



Dina lives in Palmer and has more cumulative experience of Alaska&#8217;s adventures than all of the Alopex team combined.

Dina Fine

Mikalyn Rousculp is a Content Strategist and resident Photographer at Alopex. She works across campaign messaging, content strategy, and visual storytelling, bringing clarity, warmth, and a human point of view to the brands she supports.



With a bachelor’s degree in Communications from BYU-Idaho, an emphasis in Advertising, and minors in both Graphic Design and Photography, Mikalyn brings both strategy and creative instinct to her work. She’s especially interested in the places where strong messaging and thoughtful visuals come together to make a brand feel personal and authentic.



In addition to her work at Alopex, Mikalyn has owned and operated her own photography business for more than 10 years. Her photography work is rooted in honest, emotional storytelling, which also shapes the way she approaches brand messaging.



Born and raised in Alaska, Mikalyn is married to Joel, and together they are raising four children and two dogs. In typical eldest daughter fashion, she rarely sits still. Outside of work, she co-owns an interior design business, is building a home with her husband, and grows a large vegetable garden. You can often find her listening to early 2000s pop-punk music and true crime podcasts while fueling up with a Dr. Pepper.

Mikalyn Rousculp

For many organizations, Kaleb is the first introduction to Alopex—and often the beginning of a conversation about what&#8217;s possible when data, technology, and strategy work together.



Kaleb Demientieff is a Doyon shareholder, born-and-raised Alaskan, Marine Corps veteran, and former EMT. Throughout his career, he has been drawn to one thing: solving problems.



At Alopex Interaction Design, Kaleb works with organizations to identify operational, marketing, and technology challenges before connecting them with the right experts on the Alopex team. His background in systems integration, automation, and process improvement allows him to quickly identify where businesses are losing time, missing opportunities, or working around problems that should have been solved long ago.



He works closely with Alopex&#8217;s creative, development, and data teams to help organizations make better use of technology, improve visibility into performance, and build systems that support long-term growth.



Outside of work, Kaleb spends his time enjoying the Alaska lifestyle he grew up with. His connection to Alaska&#8217;s communities, businesses, and organizations gives him a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities unique to the state.

Kaleb Demientieff

We had to hire Joey because we sucked at social media. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from University of Arizona. Since graduating in 2023, she&#8217;s been working as a freelance content creator. She&#8217;s a lifelong Alaskan and a hell of a barista.

Joey Affinito

Tim is a tech and design-loving developer born and raised in Alaska. He has been freelancing for the past decade bringing managed and ground-up solutions to clients all over the world. When he isn&#8217;t absorbed in a development project you can probably find him working with stained glass to create intricate mosaics, gaming or enjoying the great outdoors.

Tim Schorr

Chelsea is a Developer with experience working in agency and marketing environments, supporting digital projects for well-known Alaskan brands. She focuses on the day-to-day development work that keeps Alopex’s portfolio of WordPress sites running smoothly, from updates and fixes to ongoing site maintenance.



Originally from San Francisco, Chelsea relocated to Alaska nine years ago and quickly made it home. She brings a steady, adaptable approach to development work—comfortable juggling multiple tasks and navigating the inevitable chaos that comes with agency life.



Outside of work, Chelsea teaches yoga, raises two daughters, and manages what can only be described as a small wildlife reserve, complete with chickens, dogs, a cat, and a rabbit named Cuddleroo. Calm under pressure and focused when it counts, she adds a grounded, get-it-done energy to the Alopex team.

Chelsea Donovan

Zane handles almost every creative piece that comes through our firm. A gifted illustrator, his ability to fold in the intentions of our client into a visual form is second-to-none. Zane&#8217;s creativity isn&#8217;t two-dimensional, he is also a talented carpenter, making furniture and art pieces. Zane lives in Anchorage, with his wife and daughter.

Zane Ogle

Bryar helps us create order from chaos, marrying functionality with aesthetics. Her passion for design thinking elevates and refines every project she touches. Outside of work, Bryar continues to surround herself with aesthetics, delving into fashion, makeup, interior design, and hoarding comics. Bryar holds a degree in Emerging Media &amp; Communication, and certifications in UX and UI design.
